Age requirements for 3, 4, and young 5 year-olds
should be 3 by September 1st, and 4 or 5 by December 1st.
Classes Offered for Ages 3 to Young 5:
Half Day: 8:50 AM - 11:20 AM (3-5 yr. olds)
Full Day: 8:50 AM - 2:20 PM (3-5 yr. olds)
Mon-Fri: 8:50 AM - 2:20 PM (4 & 5 yr. olds)
You can easily click on the links below to print and complete the
registration forms, or you may pick up a registration packet from the school
office between 7:30 AM - 3:15 PM, Monday through Friday. Upon return of
the completed forms, a state birth certificate, and a $40 non-refundable
registration fee paid to St. Ann School, your child will be enrolled for the
2012-13 school year.
Each child must have a health form on file at the beginning of the school
year, and also be completely toilet-trained.
